First, during the initial contact, the team makes a brief assessment of the project’s maturity with the customer. Do they have their land, their general contractor, their financing, etc.

This is followed by the actual project requirements: total number of units, breakdown of units by number of rooms, finishes, special considerations and needs, delivery date.

The 5-plant manufacturing process means that modules can be delivered in no time at all, from the moment the foundations are ready for construction.

And it can go very fast… in 24 hours if all the conditions are fulfilled!
